Flower is exceedingly well mannered, calm, and easy to train. She gives pony rides to four year olds and trailer loads easily. She likes to visit with people and is a pleasure to handle. She will be trained to ride and jump before becoming a broodmare and is the classic horse Bluebird Farm & Horse Ranch is designing to breed. If you would like to see how our foals are expected to turn out, come see Flower – she is our best example.
Flower is classified as a Tovero meaning she has both Tobiano and Overo Paint Horse characteristics and can produce either color pattern. She has been tested for the Lethal White Overo gene sequence and she is negative, thus all of her foals will be safe candidates for Overo breeding programs. Both of Flower’s eyes are blue, though they are not surrounded by white coloring.
